This project consists of 4 single-family private houses of 5 bedrooms each, 8 dual-family houses of 5 bedrooms each and 4 three-family buildings of 5 bedrooms each,
Every house has its garden/lawn and its private parking and entrance.

This two-story building is designed for two brothers on one small lot in the city of Sachnin, Israel. It is a perfectly symmetric building as an act of equality between the two siblings.
The design took into consideration the future construction of floors for the offsprings. This is a consequence of the lack of building lands in the country.
